This project involved the construction of a rear dormer loft conversion to create two new bedrooms, including one with an ensuite, along with a dedicated sewing and dressing room. The aim was to make full use of the existing roof space and provide additional practical rooms without the need to move home.

We planned for a 2 story extension and a house wide upgrade including 3 new bathrooms/ w.c., new kitchen, electrical rewire and new heating system.

The work has taken a little under 4 months to complete with only a few minor snags along the way, which Newhey promptly resolved.
